One of our new patients brought in their glasses made at a local super-store.  This is a place where you buy in bulk and save.  Yes it is great for saving money on certain items but this patient's glasses were polarized lenses, one lens was cut and inserted exactly wrong!  And the patient was wondering why he had problems seeing with the glasses.
